what is your soft spot?
I strongly believe everyone has a soft spot for something. If you don’t I;m not sure if I can trust you. I’ve got so many but my biggest by far is the feeling I get when I make tattoos. Whether it’s fine-line floral, cute cartoon characters or ornamental abstract shapes- I love getting to be a part of decorating others with care, collaboration and creativity.
Soft Spot Tattoos is a private tattoo studio located within a creative complex on the northwest side of Portland, Oregon/Kalapuya land. The studio is an ever-growing collection of items & memories from friends, family and personal interests. I appreciate the curiosity that led you here. Have we met before? Every day I meet a piece of me. If we have already, am I even the same? Physically? Probably not. Mentally? Definitely not. Unless... Same and so different. Old and new all at once. It’s exciting and terrifying. Inspiring and intimidating. I hope you know what I mean. From what I’ve discovered so far I am a non-binary, neurodivergent, second-generation immigrant artist. I am particularly grateful to be a licensed tattoo artist and outside of that craft enjoy sketching, dancing, smoothies, fashion, karaoke, and many other things. I would love to chat with you about them whenever we meet (again)
